Abel Garcia Matos was born June 17, 1974 in Havana, Cuba. He is a self-taught painter, and has been interested in and fascinated by painting since he was a small child. His work has been exhibited in Spain (Madrid and Valencia), Switzerland, the United States, Jamaica, Mexico and Canada, and can also be viewed in several major hotels in Cuba.
