HENRI ROBERT BRESIL

Bresil was born in Gonaives in 1952.  He moved to Port-au-Prince in the early 1970's, and quickly achieved international recognition.  His works have been exhibited in all of the major galleries in Haiti, as well as in the United States, Japan, Germany, Italy, and France.  Bresil died in 1999.
